My Story

Hi! My name is Canzaeda (I go by Zaeda), Knoxville native and University of Tennessee Alumni!

I have been doing photography for about 10 years now, and hope to for many more years to come. I have come a heck of a long way with my art and have come to love photography as my creative expression and deepest passion. I love to work with new people and love to make others smile! I hope to be able to show you how special you are and capture your smile!

What happens after I reach out to book?

Once we receive your inquiry I will reach out to discuss a time and place for your session! I will also likely ask questions about what you’re looking for, including the style of photos you love, the purpose of the session, location ideas, and any specific shots you have in mind. Please note: Weddings, Events, Videography Services, and Travel beyond 50 miles requires a scheduled video or phone consultation (free of course). Once everything is finalized, I’ll send over the booking details and we’ll get your session officially scheduled.

What should I wear to my session?

I recommend neutral or muted and mild colors, simple patterns, and coordinating outfits rather than matching exactly. I’m also happy to help you plan outfits before your session.

Will my photos be edited?

Yes! Every final image you receive is professionally edited for color, lighting, and overall quality. I focus on enhancing the natural look of the photo while keeping skin tones and details realistic, this includes color correction, and other adjustments as needed to ensure that your photos look their best.

What is your turnaround time for delivering photos?

Our turnaround time varies depending on the type of photography service you require. For portrait sessions, we typically deliver photos within 1-2 weeks. For weddings and events, it may take up to 4-6 weeks. However, we always aim to deliver your photos as soon as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.

How will I receive my photos?

Photos are delivered through a private online gallery link emailed to your personal email where you can download high-resolution images and easily share them with family and friends.

What kind of photography equipment does czphotos use?

We are huge Nikon fans around here! We use Nikon paired with professional lenses and lighting setups to ensure high-quality results. We also have access to a wide range of equipment for different needs, including minor videography projects, social media content, and staged or studio lighting setups. Whether it’s photography, short-form video, or minor scale video production, we have the gear needed to handle it!

Can I use my photos for social media or business?

Yes, depending on the session type. Personal sessions include personal-use rights of course, while branding or commercial projects include licensing for business use. However, the contract you will sign upon booking does require that you not edit the photos on top of my editing. That means: no adding filters, changing colors, or applying any personal edits. The images are delivered as finished artwork and represent my work as an artist, so they must be shared and displayed exactly as they are provided.

What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my session?

Couple options! For outdoor sessions, we can reschedule if weather conditions would affect the quality of the photos, or we can creatively embrace it, grab an umbrella and make some magic!

Do you travel beyond Knoxville, TN?

Yes, absolutely!! I do however have a mileage fee beyond a 50 mile radius of $.75/mile. If you are much farther and air travel would be required, then we will need to schedule a consultation and discuss from there.
